Membership App Experience

25% Off Team Store

For the 2023 season you will receive 25% off when purchasing merchandise at Target Center using your Lynx mobile app. The 25% off discount will be activated prior to the 2023 season. Member discount not valid on already discounted items.

  • How do I redeem my 25% Off Member Discount?+

      To redeem Court Cash at a Target Center Team Store:

    1. Go to ARENA > LYNX WALLET.
    2. Go to PAYMENT METHODS to add your credit card in the Lynx Wallet. To pay using Court Cash, move the toggle to the right.
    3. Go to PAY AT THE TEAM STORE.
    4. Hold the QR code up to the scanner on the counter.
    5. Close the QR screen and cashier will handout a paper receipt. Your 25% member discount will show on the paper receipt.
  • How do I load my credit card? +

      If you wish to make a purchase using your mobile app, you MUST have a credit card loaded in your Lynx wallet, even when paying with Court Cash. To add a credit card:

    1. If you aren’t already logged in, log into the Lynx app with your Lynx account credentials.
    2. Select Arena then Lynx Wallet.
    3. Under Payment Methods find Add a Card.
    4. Complete your card information then select Add a Card.

Member Badge

Within your Lynx Wallet, you will find your member badge. Only available to members, the Member Badge page is green and features your member account number and Court Cash balance. This member badge provides you access to your exclusive 25% off of Team Store merchandise at Target Center when purchasing using your Lynx mobile app.

Court Cash

Court Cash is a form of digital currency awarded to members based on their full season membership seat location and tenure with the Lynx. Court Cash is delivered prior to each season and can be viewed in the Lynx Wallet under Payment Methods. Court Cash can be used to purchase concession items and merchandise at the Target Center Team Stores.

  • How do I transfer my court cash? +

      Court Cash can also be transferred to others through the app.

    1. To transfer Court Cash, select Arena from the main app page.
    2. After select Lynx Wallet then Send Court Cash.
    3. Enter the amount of cash you wish to send and the email address of the individual you wish to send the cash to.
    4. After, select Transfer to complete the transfer.

Manage Your Tickets

Log in to your Lynx account in your Lynx app or online to sell, transfer, exchange or donate your tickets.

How to Transfer Tickets

From the Lynx Mobile App:

  1. Tap Tickets or QR Code to login with your Lynx Account credentials.
  2. In the Tickets menu tap Manage My Tickets and choose the game you wish to transfer.
  3. Tap the TRANSFER button, select the seats you wish to transfer, fill in the transfer information and click NEXT.
  4. Review the transfer information and click CONFIRM TRANSFER when ready.

From Your Online Fan Account:

  1. Select TRANSFER in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  2. Choose the game(s) you wish to transfer and click CONTINUE.
  3. Choose the seat(s) you wish to transfer and click CONTINUE.
  4. Enter the FIRST NAME, LAST NAME & EMAIL ADDRESS of the recipient and click CONTINUE.
  5. Review the summary page and click TRANSFER to send.

How to Sell Tickets

From the Lynx Mobile App:

  1. Tap Tickets or QR Code to login with your Lynx Account credentials.
  2. In the Tickets menu tap Manage My Tickets and choose the game you wish to sell.
  3. Tap the SELL button, select the seats you wish to sell, and fill in the required resale fields, then click PREVIEW LISTING.
  4. Review the resale information and click CONFIRM LISTING when ready.

From Your Online Fan Account:

  1. Select the game you want to list for resale and click SELL.
  2. Select the seat(s) you want to list and click CONTINUE.
  3. Enter the required listing information and click CONTINUE.
  4. Add or select the bank account or card on file to receive the funds from any sales and click CONTINUE.
  5. Review the summary page and click LIST TICKETS to post for resale.

Claim Your Resale Funds

Follow the steps below to transfer funds earned from reselling tickets. Only funds earned from games that have been played are able to be transferred. Fund transfers can take between 7-10 business days to process.

From the Lynx Mobile App:

  1. Tap Tickets on the bottom tool bar and then My Account Settings.
  2. Within settings you can view your sales balance. Select Sales Balance then + Bank Account and enter the account information to send your funds to.

From Your Online Fan Account:

  1. Under the Your Account tab, select Payments on the top of the screen.
  2. View your sales balance on the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Transfer next to the balance total. Follow the instructions to select a bank account or your Lynx Renewal Account. Transferring funds to your Lynx account can be used toward your membership.

Lynx members can turn tickets in advance of a game they are unable to personally attend for another regular season game that is an equal or lesser value game tier. For the 2023 season, members have four games they can exchange.

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS:

From the Lynx Mobile App:

  1. Tap Tickets or QR code to login with your Lynx Account credentials.
  2. In the Tickets menu, tap Manage My Tickets and choose the game you wish to exchange.
  3. Tap the TRANSFER button, select the seats you wish to transfer, enter [email protected] as the email address.
  4. In the notes section, please list date of the game, the # of tickets per game you wish to receive back, and any other seating preferences and click NEXT.
  5. Review the transfer information and click CONFIRM TRANSFER when ready.
  6. Your exchanged tickets will be removed from your Lynx Account.
  7. Tickets for the exchanged game will be transferred back to your account within 2 business days.

From your online Fan Account:

  1. Select TRANSFER in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

  3. Choose the seat(s) you wish to transfer and click CONTINUE.
  4. Enter MEMBER in the spot for FIRST NAME, EXCHANGE in the spot for LAST NAME & [email protected] as the email address.

  6. Review the summary page and click TRANSFER to send.

  8. Tickets for the exchanged game will be transferred back to your account within 2 business days.
All exchanges are subject to availability and must be submitted 48 hours prior to the game.
